To qualify for camera ready "print-ready" pricing, orders must be fully camera ready digital files and must be submitted within the following formats and layouts:

All full color images MUST be CMYK. Do not send RGB files.
Each item should be sent as a one-up form.
The page size should represent the actual page size of the item ordered.
- Business Card: 2" x 3-1/2"
- Letterhead: 8-1/2" x 11"
- #10 Envelope: 4-7/8" x 9-1/2"
Artwork that bleeds off the edge of the item must include an additional 1/8" beyond the edge of the sheet. Examples:
- Business card with 4 sides bleeding, artwork should be sent as 2-1/4" x 3-3/4".
- Letterhead with bleeds are recommended to print on oversized stock - some of the bleeds will run onto the backside of the page.
- Envelopes are not recommended to bleed as some of the ink will run onto the backside.
All text and graphics must remain 1/8" inside the edges of the item or they run the risk of getting cut off.
Letterhead and envelopes must have at least 3/8" gripper margini on short side.
We accept the following files:
- PDF (.pdf) - embed fonts and graphics (we recommend this file type)
- TIF (.tif/.tiff) - must be created at 300 dpi
- EPS (.eps) - convert fonts to outlines
- Photoshop CS2 (.psd) - flatten artwork
- Illustrator CS2 (.ai) - convert fonts to outlines and embed images
- InDesign CS2 (.indd) - convert fonts to outlines and embed images
- JPEGS (.jpg) - must be created at 300 dpi and saved as MAXIMUM quality
