Embroidery digitizing, also called "a tape", is the process in which a graphic or logo is converted into the language of a commercial embroidery machine. This process requires specific software and a trained digitizer. The digitizer receives the artwork then begins to interpret the design using various stitch types and thread colors. Once the digitizer has completed the programming of the design a sewout is produced on the sample embroidery machine for qualtiy control. The cost varies depending upon the complexity of the design and the stitch count, but once your tape is made, you have multiple product options to embroidery, such as, hats, caps, shirts, polos, golf shirts, casualwear shirts, aprons, smocks, bags, cases, covers, totes, belts, blankets, jackets, coats, vests, shorts, pants, socks, towels, robes, and more.
