Average Printing Times For Customized Promotional Items

Once the manufacturer's proof is approved, most custom printing orders can be completed in 2 to 3 weeks. The amount of time printing can vary widely due to many factors. The most common factors that can slow the completion of an order are: the workload of the manufacturer during peak printing seasons, product not in stock or not enough inventory to meet your request, artwork needing revisions, waiting for the customer to approve the proof, the credit approval process, and long shipping distances between the manufacturer and the items destination.

We recommend that you submit your order three to four weeks or more before your event date so any unforeseen obstacles can easily be overcome and you can avoid paying extra for expedited shipping charges and/or manufacturer rush order fees (if rush service is available). Because there are a lot of custom printing factories nationwide, production times can vary widely. Please contact us on each item to be sure the product manufacturer can meet your event date. Also, don't forget to figure shipping time when placing your order. UPS ground will usually take 3 to 7 days, based on your location and the location of the manufacturer. Air freight is available if needed.

RUSH Orders

There are a number of manufacturers that have numerous custom items that you can have printed for just in time delivery! From as little as 1 day production to up to a 5 day production, rush orders can have you covered! Please bear in mind a few things when placing a rush order. All orders requiring delivery in 10 days or less is considered a rush order and will be charged a Rush Fee. This is to cover the added expense of stopping current production of other orders to devote attention to yours. The Rush Fee will either be charged by per piece or there will be a set fee. Please contact us for the manufacturer's specific product rush details. Most rush orders will need to use expedited shipping, such as Air Freight, which can be very costly for heavy items and large orders.
